What Causes Appetite Loss And Sickness After Eating Food?

Hi, for about two weeks i have been eating small portions of food at least 3 mouthfuls of food for dinner, and not being able to eat lunch or breakfast, i have been struggling because as soon as i take one mouthful i feel instantly sick, although i haven t been sick, i just feel like i m about to throw up, also it is the same as drinking a sip of water or juice, i haven t been feeling hungry or thirsty either and i m getting headaches across my forehead i m starting to worry quite a bit, i am also on epilepsy medication which is called lamotrigine, but have been on this for nearly a year now.
