What Causes Arm And Elbow Pain On Lifting Weights?

Hi, my name is Erik, I am 16 years old, 5'5 and healthy.
I lift weights and wanted to ask a question.
So I had a problem with ulnar nerve pain and I did some exercises and the pain went away, but now for example if i bench press as i bring the weight down to my chest my left arm the nerves on the back of the elbow move and i experience pain. Please help, thank you.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the pain due to cervical spondylosis, causing pressure over the ulnar part of the bracheal nerve, or it may be due to the arthritis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis.
You may need to have MRI of the cervical spine, and shoulder, and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12 for 10 consecutive days and and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, multivitamins, and ofloxacin.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, to avoid the perception of pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
