Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I sneezed while peeing and now my lower back really hurts, i went to get a massage to ease the pain put as the massage went on it only hurt when the girl put pressure on it... is it a slipped disc or something, now it doesn't hurt like before, only when i do sudden movements like bending over or while i do crunches or sneeze, sometimes the pain is so bad i can barely move and cant stand straight.
Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from muscular pain in your back.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals). Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside can be added. Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C supplementation can be used to promote healing. It may take a week time to relief. Stop excercises and crunches till pain heals. It is unlikely to be slipped disc. However you can get your MRI done to rule out disc slip. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
