What Causes Bleeding And Pain When Suffering From Constipation?
i have constipation from 5 days, and i have been recommended to take crammafin, but it is not helping me. im in a travelling job, but in my last travel [1 month back] i used to stool regularly. around 9 months back when i was in SA, i had consulted a doctor and examined for piles, there was no piles but had bleeding and a terrible pain. please help
Advice: - warm water intake - green tea after meals -"fresh oranges" and pear - avoid COLD milk and yogurt and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza) altogether - include "fiber rich" food in your diet - OTC lactulose drug maybe used to combat constipation -
