What Causes Bleeding In The Stool?

today, after his bowel movement , i found light red blood on toilet paper and on his stool, my son is 4 yrs old but does not complain of any pain, upset tummy or fever. he drinks plenty of water and his diet is healthy. should I be concerned? because i don t know what to think????? please advice

Your concern being appreciated, what you have noticed that may not be the blood but it could be diet taken even if it is the blood then it could be nonspecific if child has not got any disease, in my opinion it is nothing to worry, if the symptoms persist then stool need to be sent for lab test hope this information helps.
