Hello,

I can understand your concern. It seems like some insect might have bitten your daughter causing severe allergic reaction. As she is experiencing blisters and swellings in mouth, it is more like an anaphylactic shock which should be treated immediately by the doctors by injections of antihistamines and steroids to control the reaction. Treatment is necessary as fast as possible because if the tongue will start to swell, she may have difficulty in breathing and more complications.

I hope this answer helps you. Thank you for choosing HCM. I hope your daughter feels well soon.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
