What Causes Bloating Of Stomach And Ankle And Dark Urine?
Hi ive been feeling sick with a constant bloating feeling for 3 days. I do have a hiatus hernia however my stomachs swollen and my ankles are to but only slightly. My urine smells strong and dark yellow. My face, tongue and gums are a pale milky colour. I do have an illness which i'm awaiting a diagnoses for since June. AnA blood tests come back Med positive with serum AnA homogeneous. ds DnA antibody. Please help

These symptoms are suggestive of liver damage and this is the first thing to think of.
You should check your liver blood tests first to see if bilirubin and AST is elevated.
ANd the next step is to look for certain liver damage and most common casue is fatty liver disease. It should be confirmed by ultrasound. Other causes are viral hepatitis,cirrhosis, medications, alcohol intake or autoimmune diseases.
To verify exact cause, US, bilirubin levels and tumor markers should be additionaly done Then appropriate treatment can be started.
