What Causes Bloating, Stomach Upset And Diarrhea With Headaches And Shivering?

Yesterday I noticed my stool was pale in colour, it happened once. I feel bloated for the past 3 days now. Also accompanying this is stomach upset and diarrhea which I had for 2 days now. But before all this happened, I felt sick like of a fever with headache, sweats, and shivering.
What could this mean? I just returned from Malaysia about a week ago. Can a viral infection cause all this or is it something more serious?

Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to any kind of infection.

SO before taking any kind of medication take proper blood investigation-

1- Liver function test for Jaundice.

2- Widal test for Typhyoid.

3- Hemogram for viral infection.

4- Malaria antigen test.

5- Urine test

After getting the correct diagnosis start the medication.

Meanwhile take Crocin for fever and keep to hydrate yourself.
