What Causes Blood After Urination?

After urinating I found blood on the toilet paper - I have not been feeling well lately - indigestion - severe back pain - and two wks ago my period was very strange - not a normal period, also not today but the last two days my bowel movements have been extremely lose and almost not making it to the bathroom?
