What Causes Blood In Stools, Headaches And Small Fever?

Am I sick or something?
I had blood in my stool today and it was painful, at first it was light blood and then the second time, it was darkish, I also felt nauseous, starting to get a headache, got a small fever, and starting to feel like i'm about to have diarrhea.
I'm also trying to hold in my vomit ( I'm an emetophobic)

Hello,

Most possible issue herewith is intestine infection with systemic manifestations.

Primary treatment with anti-emetic, proton pump inhibitors, anti-pyretic hydration maintenance and GI specific antibiotics is preferred; later on may require lab tests further.
