Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
You need to see an Urologist and get examined, after doing these tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT and platelets.
3. ultrasound scan-KUB,with residual urine.
Your B.P. is normal, but stop exercising till the reports are over.
According to the reports,an expert opinion can be given.
Drink about ten to twelve glasses fluids daily.
