Urologist 's  Response
hello
Thanks for query .
based on the facts that you have posted it seems that your boyfriend has multiple urinary stones in his bladder and has passed few of them while urinating giving rise to blood in urine and pain due to injury caused to delicate urethral mucosa while passing stones.

The blood in urine he is passing now is not related to sex that you have afterwards but due to stones still left over in bladder .

Consult qualified Urologist for assessment and get ultrasound scanning of the abdomen done to confirm the diagnosis .

Further treatment will depend upon the result of scanning and final diagnosis .
If the stones are large He may need to undergo endoscopic surgery of Cystolithotripsy .
