What Causes Bloody Diarrhea, Dizziness And Drop In Body Temperature?

Hi. Im an almost 60 year old white female, who has ibs, diverticulitis and a navel hernia. I have had no pain, but have had 2 bm's with bloody diarrhea. The first time I got very dizzy & nearly passed out, followed by a drop in body temp, which then turned into a fever and a cold. Today's bm produced no dizzyness, but I have no health insurance, so the hospital is out of the question. Got any ideas? Ive been eating light, drinking lots of caffiene free liquids (mostly water), but I must say I'm worried. Still feel like I have a cold.

The dizziness is secondary to blood loss in stool which may be from hemorrhoid or else.

My suggestions at present are:
-Continue to drink more liquids to maintain hydration.
-Prefer a bland diet.
-The high fiber content in the form of organic fresh fruits and bulk-forming laxative asIspaghula husk will help to get smooth regular bowel movements.
-Sitz bath regularly.
-Consult your surgeon as per the requirement.
