What Causes Bruise Near Shoulder And Difficulty In Moment After Injury?

dislocated shoulder from lifting weights, i go to a family doctor yesterday take xray they said im negative to fracture or dislocation but i think its not negative now my shoulder near armpit have bruise (front part) and cant move it properly and loss of power i need advice what to do thanks.

It could be a contusion or sprain.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI to look for ligament or tendon injury.
