What Causes Burning Sensation In Anus With History Of Anal Fissure?
Hi, I am Bharath(33yrs, male). Last october I got operated for an anal fissure and after that I was doing fine. But yesterday, I faced some constipation problem and I am having a uncomfortable buring sensation in my anus for the last 2 days. Could it be due to any irritation in my anus? Please advice whether I should take any medicine to get back to normal again? I eat a lot of vegetable & drink close to 5 litres of water everyday. The only change I made in my diet for the last 2 days is : early morning I had 1 glass of warm water with 3 drops of lime + 1 spoon of fenugreek seed powder. Please advice, looking forward for your immediate help. Thanks, Bharath S
Sounds to be recurrent anal fissure issue. It is common for fissure reappearance even after best surgery.
Sitz bath, dietary precautions to avoid spices, high fiber intake, laxatives and local application of xylocaine jelly will solve the issue within the best possible period.
