What Causes Calf Pain, Raised Lymph Nodes When Having Crohn S Disease?

my son has crohns disease.he on inflixmab and mercapturporine 2.5mg ...he is 7 1/2 stone aged 16yrs old..he has recently been complaining of shooting pains in the calfs of his legs..his limph nodes have been raised for the past two months...the GP said his bloods are fine..would could be causing this?
