What Causes Chest Inflammation And Feeling Of Food Trapped Behind Breast Bone?
doctor, i always have a chest inflammation and feel like some food is trapped behind the breast bone.. i feel inflammation on my backbone and my body too.... i have consulted many doctors but it has been more than 5 years but my condition is still the same.i dont have any idea what to do... i cannot sleep at night due to this...so i some time use pain killer or sleeping pills at night...also, i have been avoiding oily, spicy, fatty food. i have avoided caffeine and any kind of alcohol too. in fact i never used to drink any sort of alcohol nor i do i smoke, still i dont understand why i am not seeing any improvement in my health.. please help me doctor......
