so my daughter that was with her father for the week brought us a strange cold that has a really high fever rash that randomly pops up, headache with a horrible stomach ache and we all have something like pink eye, what would this be?

It is viral infection with other sequel y like ,headache viral gastroentritis and viral conjunctivitis. It is self limiting and will go of its own.
