What Causes Cold With A Nasal Discharge?

my 4 year old daughter had her adenoids removed 1 year back. she now has a constant cold for last 3 months and discharge mostly from the right nose. Montec LC Kid was given for 2 weeks but discharge from right nose continues. She keeps her mouth open and snores at night

Hi....by what you say this looks like moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis. I feel she will get better with a course of intranasal steroid spray. I suggest you consult with your Pediatrician regarding this.
