What Causes Constant Bleeding In Nose And Muscle Cramps All Over Body During Sleep While Suffering From Hepatitis C And Psoriasis?

my partner has hep c and psroasis he was to start with the treatment 6 mnths ago ,hes been to the doctors a few times but unfortunately he has no veins ,the vein he uses on,in he upper chest or neck area the pathologists refuse to use ,so 5-10 pricks later as ANY1would have had enough of being a pin cushion so they say come bak in a coupla days and when he does 3 times now the same thing,so now at this stage the last 3 days he has been REALLY BAD with constant bleeding nose even in his sleep severe muscle cramps swelling of his whole body ,fingers,toes etc and his colour loss in the last hr or so has been too good, he received 100mls of methadone this morning as he on the program and Nothn else at this stage, IM VERY VERY CONCERNED RITE NOW AND FREAKN OUT TO WHATS ACTUALLY HAPPENING TO HOM RITE NOW, should i get him to hospital, 6mnths ago they say he only got 3 - 5 yrs left to live im givn him maybe a yr an a half at the most the way he going ,pls can u help
