What Causes Constant Pressure In The Head?

Hi doctor!I am 28 yrs old,female,height 5feet and weighs 170lbs. I have been suffering this coinstant head pressure throughout my head,mostly at the back area. I have seen 2 diff doctors.one said it must be tension headache.the other said it can be due to my uti(found from the urinalysis that he requiested.aside from the pressure I felt some numbness of my face and neck pain and back pain and at time tingling at my hands. They did not order any mri or ct scan for me. I am scared that it might be somthing serious in the brain.pls help.thnak u

Hello,

In my opinion, in your case, a brain MRI is necessary for a correct diagnosis. Changes in blood pressure also may result in posterior headaches, so, it is necessary also for monitoring your blood pressure for a couple of days. Discuss these issues with your doctor.
