What Causes Continuous Nasal Discharge And Cough?

hai doctor,
i am 32 yrar old with klinefelters,B astama situs inversus,
i always have continuous nasal dischrge@cough,
i am on hrt (cernos depot 1000 inj) ,i take ayurvedic medication for cough,can i live like a normal guy without having to spit out cough @clear my nose frequently(once in about 30 minutes or so)

As per your query you have symptoms of nasal congestion and cough along with stuffiness on palate which is due to Rhinitis medicamentosa or common cold. You should go for steam inhalation on daily basis along with nasal vaporizers. You should put xylomist nasal drops to prevent congestion. You should take lemon green tea with ginger extract. Take diet rich in vitamin C. Take combination of Sinarest along with Levocetrizine. For stuffiness over palate maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing daily. Rinse with antiseptic mouth wash as well. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment as per diagnosis. Take decongestant nasal sprays containing mucinex for instant relief.
