What Causes Continuous Vomiting With Sore Throat And Headaches?

For the last 8 weeks I have been vomiting regularly. They have done an EGD and ran a bunch of tests but all with neg results, they did internal and external Altra Sounds with Neg. The only thing they found so far is a heintal hernia from all the vomiting. When I eat, drink and for sure when I wake up in the morning I vomit. I have lost about 26 pds so far. Yesterday out of no where I got a bad sore throat and a headache (about 4pm) by 11pm I had a fever of 100.2 I finally managed to go to bed about 2 hrs later and woke up this morning to the same thing. Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
8 weeks of vomiting, particularly in the morning can be due to many a reasons and if the clinical evaluation does not help much in identifying the cause you need detailed investigations.
Upper GI Endoscopy has already been done and is showing hiatal hernia, can be treated conservatively by a PPI like Omeprazole, motility regulator like Domperidone and antacids particularly when on empty stomach.
Barium swallow and meal helps to rule out any other problems like cancer or motility disorder.
Identify the foods and beverages that increase the problems and stop these altogether.
Soft and bland diet.
Consult an ENT Surgeon for sore-throat if required; as GERD can cause sore throat and get properly diagnosed and treated.
