What Causes Cottony Toilet Paper Discharge?

I am a 36 yr old mother of three. I recently had my daughter in Feb 2011 and in June I notice this cotton like toilet paper discharge when I bathe. It is whitish with no smell. It does not itch or hurt my vagina but it does keep it so wet that I have to wear panty liners. I have been to my OBGYN three times and I have received vaginal inserts for yeast infection even though I suspected that I did not have a yeast infection.
