General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to osteoarthritis.
I suggest to use an antiinflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest physical therapy.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to consult a rheumatologist for a specific treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
