What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Medication?

Hi, currently i m taking benforce m and folic acid tablet. my periods was regular for last four months by taking aloes compound,maintane tablets. NOw i miised my periods. I am confused

whether i m pregnant or irregular periods. I m not having any symptoms.
