What Causes Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain And Numbness In The Legs?

My 14 year old son has had diarrhea, middle abdominal cramps/pain, occasional nausea/vomiting, and occasional nose bleeds for the last 2-2 1/2 weeks. No fever, no night sweats, no dizziness. However, he has said three times in the last 4 days that his legs felt numb . We are waiting on stool culture results as well as CBC results...I m worried sick. Do you think all his symptoms are related? What dx would encompass such symptoms?
