What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps?
Hi, about 5 days ago I started gettin diarrhea and slight stomach cramps with an on and off pain on the left side of my stomach, a few days later I developed a cold but this is not bothering me at the moment, today I still hve the cramping, on and off pain, diarrhea, and I'm bloated, pressure inbetween my ribs and belly botton makes me feel sick. Then 20 mins ago I was sick, it was a dark purple colour and didn't have the usual 'sicky' after taste. Should I be worried? I cant get to see the doctor until tomorrow and am normally in good health.

Hello,
The given symptoms of abdomen pain, nausea, vomiting, could be infection and it seems to be viral infection, it must be associated with dyspepsia.
Such condition may not need any treatment but symptomatic medicines can be taken for sick feel, abdomen cramp (Dicyclopam and Paracetamol ) can be tried with tablet Domperidone for nausea and vomiting.
If it ever turned bacterial infection or other, then combination of antibiotic can be tried, and the symptoms of it will be fever, uncontrolled diarrhea, then Ofloxacine with Ornidazole can be tried twice in day for four days.
