What Causes Diarrhea, Appetite Suppression When Taking Via Ananas?

Hi, I am using Via Ananas recently & it s effective but some articles are saying that it contains sibutramine although it s written that it has only biomin....what I experienced is just diarrhea & slight appetite suppression....sometimes sleep disorders but no other effects. I started a week ago

Hi,

Certainly, a drug that has a direct action on gut motility such as sibutramine will often cause diarrhea. The digestive enzyme of pineapples would maybe digest meat taken with it but that would not generally trigger diarrhea. Sometimes an herbal medication is contaminated with other things that can directly irritate the gut. The quality control of non-drugs is basically non-existent.
