What Causes Diarrhea, No Appetite, Contractions Inside Stomach And Thirst?

I have what I think to be a norovirus. Diarrhea, not hungry, thirsty. New wrinkle, something seems to be contracting on my left side, inside my body. If I were a young woman (67) I would thing it was a baby moving around. Could my intestine be spasmodic now and again?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the viral infection of GI tract then it may not need any treatment because it is the self limiting condition, only care need to be taken if it is the watery diarrhea, again if it is with the vomiting then may need medication either orally or injectable, what the movement feeling you have could be due to peristalsis and it is nothing to worry, some time it does happens in infection or even without this, hope this information helps.
