What Causes Diarrhea With Tissue Looking Particle In Stool?

After eating out for breakfast I had diarrhea almost immediately and has lasted for about three hours. The last two times I used the bathroom something white came out.Its about 1/2 inch wide and 1 inch in length.Looks like tissue of some sort.Should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time it could be due to the diet taken but for better confirmation gross examination is must and without this possibility of tape worm infection can not be rule out so for the next time if the same thing is happens then better to take the stool for testing hope this information helps.
