What Causes Dizziness And Tiredness After A Head Injury?

I slipped on skateboard in house, and struck my head either on window seal or the two heater pipes next to it and went completely black, fell to ground and woke confused and sleepy. Lump was the size of almost half a baseball. I woke up today and I still feel funny, a little dizzy, airy feeling and tired. I felt the bump and now its not as swelled but it feels like liquid of some sort. Should I seek medical attention? My head feels sort of unbalanced and its still that big just not swelled out like after I hit

Sir I understand your concern for your health condition. As per your history it looks like you had very bad head injury. The swelling could be because of minor haematoma due to collection of blood below. Feeling dizzy is also very common after head injury. But i would suggest you to consult your doctor atleast and get yourself evaluated in detail. Wish you speedy recovery.
