What Causes Dysuria?

hi
i am of 23.
i got dysuria .painful burning senation mostly after urine voiding it persist for about 15 minute . for one month
i did my urine examination but everything was normal no infection no wbc rise and hematuria .i want to know what may me other cause my dysuria .shoukd i do cystoscopy .
