What Causes Enlarged Lymph Node On Left Side Of Neck

Yes and thank you. I have CML was dx in 2012. Recently noticing enlargeed lymph nodes on left side of neck. tenderness in front and back of ear. WBC wnl..RBC low normal. PCR fluc results las 0.32 Fish is neg. just finish day course of clindamycin 300mg tid for 7 days R tooth Root canal.

Lymph node involvement is common in CML.
I will advise to take your anti cancer management to avoid further aggravation.
I will advise to check your B 12 and Liver function test via blood.

I will advise you to do PET scan to detect any abnormality in early stage
