What Causes Facial And Periphery Hand Numbness?

Hello i have been diagnosed with a array of health problems,raynauds,dystonia,and now b12 defiency.My current problem is i have notified my practioner that I am getting facial and periphery hand numbness,what condition that I have would it most likely be that would cause this numbness.
