Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive of uncontrolled high blood pressure. The bloody nose is a common sign of this disorder. For this reason, I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values frequently in the next days.
In case of normal blood pressure values, consulting with an ENT for a physical exam would be necessary to investigate for the cause of bloody nose.
Some blood lab tests (complete blood count, coagulation tests, blood electrolytes) and a brain MRI may be needed too.
Hope to have been helpful to you!
Best regards!
