What Causes Feeling Weak Inspite Of Having Lots Of Carbohydrates?

ive been body building for about 6 months and recently ive lost all energry, mostly in my legs, ive been on high protein intake but recently found out i wasnt eating anoth carbs for my weight, ive upped my carb intake but still feeling the same, i eat complex carbs to not spike my insulin levels

Thanx for using hcm, your feeling weak the reason can be improper ,imbalance diet.just proteins are not sufficient to carry out bodys functions.you have to take enough carbohydrates which are the major source of energy,and most important is vitamins and minerals which balance your body functions.Consume enough cereals in your three meals,always include one source of protein like chicken , fish, egg, milk in every meal which helps in your muscle building and more over consume lots of vegetables and fruits.soon you will feel better.
