What Causes Fever, Bloody Nose And Vomiting To A 5 Year Old?

Evening. My five year old son had a fever for three days and vomitingvthe first day. Today is day five and he had a bloody nose last night, today very bad gushing blood, and again just now. My mother in law says it's a sinus infection. What do you think? Thank you.

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

I feel this could be a viral illness. But vomiting and a self limiting nose bleed is understandable. But very bad gushing of blood is unusual. I suggest you consult your pediatrician.

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
