What Causes Fever, Stomach Ache And Diarrhea?

my four year old little boy has been sick for about a week hes a fevet but not anymore he complains of a stomach ache and hes not as active as he usually is,even the teachers at daycare says hes been not feeling good he has had diarria for 2 days what could it be and should i buy some medicine for him?

Hallo .Thank you for posting this question . Your son is suffering from gastroenteritis . As you mention he recover from fever means self controlling illness . But you can give him ORS / Plenty of liquid , soft light easily digestable diets with any probiotic sachet . He fills rehydrated and active . Hope I have answered your query .
