What Causes Fever When Suffering From Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Groin?

Hi otherwise healthy 18 month old daughter has some enlarged lymph nodes in her groin area primary care said they were normal and nothing to be worried about she occasionally spots a small fever and vomits but not everydau.should i see a specialists or is my dr correct? thank you

Hi,
As there is enlarged inguinal lymph node with fever should be treated and should not be overlooked.
She might require one antibiotic medicine course.
