What Causes Fever,diarrhea And Vomiting?
Hi my fiance was hot and cold last week of friday. he told me that he threw up a cinnomin roll that he ate, and he was constantly throwing up. then he had diarrhea and was throwing up at the same time. i watched him all night, the chills turned into him getting hot, the next morning he was ok. He did not have a bowel movement in two days today the diarrhea came back is he ok?

He may be suffering from acute food poisoning. Take plenty of liquid diet, take soft diet. Other possibilities are acute gastritis or Irritable bowel problems etc. Take tablet Zofer twice a day for five days.
