What Causes Frequent Diarrhea To A Ovarian Cancer Patient?

hi...my mom s having very frequent diarrhea... whatever she intakes, it comes out immediately. She is an ovarian cancer patient.. But she is not under any chemotherapy therapy... we have taken stool routine test.. in tat they have mentioned that mucus as present[+] , blood in her stool, pus cells 4-6 hpf and others : few bacteria is present.. what could be the reason for this diarrhea..
