What Causes Frequent Night Sweats Around Head For A Toddler?

Hi, I am a mother of a 2 1/2 y/o toddler. He frequently has night sweats. Tonight he was sweaty so I removed his PJs. He is still sweating, especially around his head. He does not act sick otherwise. I am just a paranoid mother. Can night sweats be normal for this age group?
