What Causes Frequent Urination, Sore Throat And Tiredness?

Hi,



I am 40, male and of average weight for my height.



I have recently been experiencing the urge to urinate more frequently than usual. I have also developed a sore thoat, and generally feel a bit run down. Is this a passing thing, or should I seek some assistance?

Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The urge to urinate correlate in most of the cases with an urinary tract infection.

Since you have only this symptom than I would recommend to do a urine test and would start the treatment ONLY if it is positive.

Meanwhile here are some tips to help your body
-have plenty of water
-fresh fruits or vegetables
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-urinate always after having sex
-don't hold your urine
