What Causes Frequent Urination With Dry Mouth?

A year ago I had a frequency to urinate 2-3 times at mid night until I consulted my Dr & made a cystoscopy for me & prescribed spasmex 30 mg daily, once now at night I urinate but more during the day is it natural w a thirsty mouth at night, I am 59 of age . Thank u

Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are many possible conditions that can cause frequent urination and dry mouth.
If I were your treating doctor I would try to exclude two most common causes:
-Urinary tract infection.You should run a urinalysis to confirm this.
-Diabetes Mellitus .You should check your blood sugar level to confirm or exclude it.

If these test result normal ,then you should consult a Urologist and get a complete evaluation of your urinary tract in order to determine the right diagnosis.
