What Causes Fullness Of Throat With Swelling Under Chin With Pain?
I have been ill for awhile now. I have a full feeling in my throat with noticable swelling under my chin with pain.. I have a rosey rash on the front of my neck and a burning pricking sensation on my skin,mostly on my upper body, back, arms, face and scalp, made worse by going in the sun or getting warm. I have had weight gain. I am having vision problems (blurred vision) that are intermittant. The Dr did do blood work (a CBC) that looks normal. I asked him for a T3 comparison test and he said that the TSH (T4) is all that is needed. What do you think?

TSH and FT4 is mandatory in your case. your clinical course may caused by thyroid inflammation as it may cause neck pain.
