What Causes Green Colored Stool In A New Born With Septicemia?

my nephew is 6 months old,has been feeding on outside milksince mother is not lactating,and he has been crying incessantly for quite a few weeks now and passing green colored stools.he was born one month earlier than expected and had developed septicemia too.

I can understand your concern for green colored stool.But don't worry.Its normal.Sometimes due to stomach infection they pass such stool.You can give him prebiotic and zinc preparation. Give proper feeding.Keep watch on urine output
