What Causes Green Stool After An Appendectomy?

Hello, I had an appendectomy and had an ovarian cyst rupture. My appendix was fine, but they removed it anyways. My surgery was Sat. At noon and it is now Wednesday. At first I had green stool, but now I have bright yellow, almost neon (stinky,soft&loose) stool..is that normal?
