What Causes Greeninsh Yellow Stool After Every Meal?

my 6 months old on passing greenish yellow semisolid stool after every meal since last days. We visited doctor and he prescribed an antibiotic(ofloxacin). Previously my son had fever but now it is not. He is active. Because of frequent defecation the anal region became red. Please suggest

Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your 6 month child is passing greenish yellow stools and he also had fever for 1 day. This suggests that probably your child has got acute gastroenteritis.
Acute gastroenteritis has similar symptoms and there are also perianal rash due to acidic stools.
In my opinion, you should give antibiotic like cefixime and prebiotic like enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days to increase gut immunity.
However, since this is a prescription medicine, i advice you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
