What Causes Hard Stomach After A Stomach Flu?

aa week ago I thought I had the flu. Spent the night vomiting with diarrhea. The comitimg stopped, however i still have the diarrhea, and my stomach rumbles so loudly. I also noticed today that the top of my stomach is harder than usual. What's going on?

it's acute infection still persistenting . if u don't have fever vomiting now . use soft diet and fluids u will be fine in few days .it fever still persisting get ur blood cp and stool re done and treatment will be decided accordingly
